I brought my daughter's galaxy s4 to ifix on 3/21 to replace the screen. They told me they had to order one. Well today, (11 days later) it's not fixed. They didn't even have the part in house!!!! One of the guys went to the kiosk to look for a screen, when he came back he started working on someone else's phone! He didn't even acknowledge to me the customer that there was no part available! Instead of talking to me, he told his coworker he had to order the part! Hello um standing right here!!! I just took the phone and left. No one even asked me how or if they could fix this. Horrible, horrible customer service. Will never go back and will definitely not recommend them to anyone!! Fastfix has the phone and will be done in an hour!!! Its now 5:10 pm.

A HUGE thank you to Justin and Ifix for helping getting our business up and running after the flooding! All our diagnostic equipment was submerged underwater and he was able to save most of it!
