I have used this restaurant ever since they were opened here in Myrtle Beach. The north end shop is just awesome. I have used the new store on Pine Island three times now. The first was dine in. The food was good but service very slow and they were not busy...except for standing around talking. I have had them deliver twice now to me. Deliverly times averaged 30-45 minutes which is pretty good. The problem is the first time they forgot part of the order. This time today I ordered....noodles with shrimp & steak with veges. They delivered rice, steak & shrimp with no veges. So i called them and was placed on hold and no one ever picked up again. So I call back and speak with a girl who states they can bring me some noodles in about 20-30 minutes. I laughed and asked for the manager. A guy who addressed himself as the Operating Partner got on the phone and called me maa...when I said I am a man he said I am calling you man. " i said how can I help you man"....great professionalism. He said he can run me noodles over to me. I told him that by the time the noodles got here the rest would be cold and what about the veges? He had no clue as to how to satisfy a customer. I was just waiting for a "sir I am sorry abou the mix up can we bring you new food"....I got nothing...no sorry just wanted to bring me noodles. WOW.
