The customer service from Hailey was awesome. She answered all of my questions and was able to ensure my vacation is booked! We are excited to travel soon.

The company helped answer all of my questions regarding the timesharing seminar and I feel comfortable.

I wrote to them last week. They never responded and I never received any vacation package by email or mail. I paid them $365 on 3/7. If they don't respond to me, I will report this as a fraudulent charge to my bank as a service they never provided to me.
