We moved to Myrtle Beach in spring of 2016 and needed to purchase patio furniture for our screened porch. We were familiar with Palm Casual as they also have a store in Ft. Myers, FL where my sister-in-law lives. We purchased two wicker chairs and attomans and were so pleased with them we returned and bought a loveseat and another chair and attoman. We are extremely pleased with their service and quality of merchandise. Prices are good also!

Oh my goodness! I’ll start at the beginning. We are from out of state and bought a vacation home here, and were buying all new furniture, inside and out. We went to several outdoor furniture stores and settled on Palm Casual because of their huge selection and the outstanding service we received from Cam and his staff. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, as were all the sales people. We settled on a gorgeous wicker set and some beautiful Adirondack chairs. Everything was delivered when promised but we did not arrive until 2 months later. Upon arrival, I realized the colors in our new living room furniture did not match the cushions on our wicker furniture, which was highly visible from our living room! It was awful! Extremely disappointed and mad at myself for making such a big mistake, I figured I’d just have to live with it, or so I thought. My sister suggested I ask Cam if I could return the cushions and exchange them for cushions with a fabric that matched our living room. The worst he could do was laugh and say no, so I gave it a shot. I went to the store, told him of my mistake, and asked if he could possibly let me select new fabric and return the original cushions. At no charge. He looked at me, smiling, and said, “Absolutely! Select the fabric you want and I’ll have it to you in two to three weeks. I was floored! In shock, I asked if I should bring the original cushions in, and he said, “Nope, we’ll pick them up when we deliver the new ones. In the meantime, feel free to use them!” Can you imagine?! This kind of customer service is unheard of where I come from. I’m so very happy! Just might move to SC permanently! If I could give Palm Casual of Myrtle Beach more than 5 stars I most surely would. AMAZING! Thank you so much!

This place is amazing!! My husband and I shopped around for 3 weeks before we found Palm Casual Patio Furniture. These guys really know thier stuff and have the best selection by far. I found the perfect patio furniture set and got to pick out CUSTOM cushions... Let's just say my patio furniture was the talk of the party this weekend. Thought I would share!
