NOT THE "SOUP NAZI", BUT THE "SOUP PAPI" = HE'S MUCH NICER!

I have not tried anything but the homemade soup (but the pizza looks good, as they use sliced link sausage) made with no artificial thickeners. The "Soup Papi" told me today, himself, that he only uses heavy cream and roux (cooked butter and flour) as the base for his cream of asparagus, cream of potato, and New England clam chowder (this last soup has been selling out before the end of his two day supply he makes on Friday at noon). However, I tried his chili, and his chicken noodle soup, and we love every soup/chili he makes ("abundanza"). He will give you a generous sample to try first, and has two sizes to go ($3.50 for the large, and $2.50 for the small). This is a legit review (NO BULL!). As Catholics, we love the clam chowder for Fridays during Lent. Look for a huge smoker our front near the narrow entrance to the small strip mall ("J. Mike Plaza") which has Pop Pop's Pit BBQ, and a discount tobacco store in it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! We ordered pizza and they said it would be 30-45 mins for delivery. The food didn't come for over an hour and a half. Then, it wasn't even the food we ordered. We spent $35 on this food. The delivery guy said he was going to have him make the correct pizza and bring it back, but at this point we were done and had been waiting for so long we just said we don't want the food we would just like you to refund the money. The guy on the phone said in order for him to refund our money, he would have to come back and pick up the food that we didn't order because he could serve it to someone else! Needless to say, we spent $35 on food that wasn't what we ordered that took almost 2 hours to get to us, and guy on the phone was one of the rudest I have ever met. This place is horrible! I doubt they will be in business much longer due to their HORRIBLE customer service! Beware of this place!

If I could give negative stars, I would, because this place deserves it. Almost 2 hours after we placed our order and were told that our food would be delivered in 30-45 minutes, we ended up getting the wrong pizza, some cold appetizers, and the most HORRIBLE customer service from whoever answered the phone, who said if we wanted a refund or any discount, the driver would have to come back and pick up the food so they could "serve it to someone else." That is disgusting. I have never, EVER, encountered such terrible customer service, or complete lack thereof, in my entire life. Whoever owns this establishment should not only be absolutely ashamed of themselves, they should fire the incredibly rude man who takes orders and tells customers to "have fun disputing the charge" or in the alternative, that he will have the driver (who was the only pleasant person we encountered from this establishment) come back and pick up the wrong food they delivered almost two hours after it was ordered so they can "serve it to someone else," or better yet, they should just close the business if they can't be bothered to run it any better or treat their paying customers with more decency than this. I am absolutely disgusted by how I was treated this evening; I've never written a negative review about anything in my life but I cannot say enough about how horrible this place is, and will tell everyone, using every outlet possible, to continue to do so.

Unbelievable Pizza!!! Tried the "Steak Bomb" sub last night and it was incredible as well!
