2 I have done business with Pizza Shak for over 20 years so it saddens me to be writing this review.

I called and ordered one of my favorite dishes not knowing the Pizza Shack is under new ownership. The first thing I noticed was that the price has gone up considerably and when I asked about that I was told that it was a delivery charge for insurance. I placed the order anyway and got my food. It tasted very differently, had a funny taste to it and just wasn't good at all so I called back and ask for the manager and explained to him that it wasn't good. "John " said that he would send me something different and I was good with that.

An hour later I called back and asked John "do you know when it will be delivered". John said "all of my drivers are out, they haven't come back yet and I don't know when we will get it to you". I called back again, about 15 minutes later, and ask for his bosses name explaining that I felt it was extremely unprofessional and that I had never heard of anywhere telling a customer they didn't know when they would get their food. John told me he did not give out information on his boss and that he was the general manager and there was nothing he could do. 21/2 hours later I called again, this time John said he was not going to replace the order. When I ask why he said "I just can't". I'm still in shock over the whole thing and out $20 with tip. I guess he was just appeasing me with agreeing to replace the order and never had any intentions to do anything. Such a shame they used to have great did and service! Horrible service. Unbelievable!

It's 9:30 on November 26,2012 .. the manager on shift told me to hold after I have already waited an hour for my pizza, that I paid 5 extra dollars for to be delivered to me. When I called back he asked for my receipt after I was waiting another 3 minutes and he hung up on me when I asked him why!!! Bad management!!! It's sad because I did like u but why pay so much and get horrible service!!! I'll spend my money somewhere else!!

I normally order pizza from Momma Mia's. I did the dumb mistake from ordering from Pizza Shak. I have a high allergy reaction to tomato and ordered a pizza with light sauce. It was drenched! I called back and was told the pizza was made with light sauce and they could NOT replace the order since it was made correctly! The wait for the pizza was longer than what I was told and I had an 8 year son that was hungry. At least one pizza was edible. It was not a good bargain for 1 pizza that went in the trash. Then I found out that I was charged $10 to much. Driver got a good tip that night. It took 2 weeks for the error to be corrected (from the owner) and I had to keep calling him back to see the process of the credit. He said it was "their" mistake but could not credit what the bank charged me due to lack of funds that they created. I am so glad that I have a choice of places to order from on my next trip.
