Great home, we absolutely love it. We talked with them a few times and toured some of their built homes before we decided on them. We are very happy we did because the whole experience was easy and hassle free. They did great work.

Nice homes and their site is easy to use. I went down and looked at several of their homes and they were professional and helpful. I love a company that isn't pushy and takes good care of their customers.

We checked out some homes in the Myrtle Beach area and while we were touring some of them we found out that they were built by Sunbelt Homes and they also do custom homes. It's always been a dream of ours to have a small custom summer home on the Grand Strand. They did a marvelous job and we couldn't be happier. It felt like home the first time we were there and we can't wait to get back to it. We highly recommend their home building service.
