Buyer beware. Returns are a nightmare and BS flows freely. I recently purchased a painting for $1,680 dollars from the Kincaid Outlet, Hwy. 501 in Myrtle Beach South Carolina, as a gift for my husband. He doesn't want it at this time and I tried to return it at the store. I was told, at first, by the salesman, that he would try to sell it for me, but he couldn't give me my money back because he didn't have the money, at this time. I showed him my receipt and said it was just a charge return, but he, again said he didn't have the money. I was told, if I waited a few days he might have it. The receipt does not say "no returns" and it is not posted in the store. He told me the receipts used to say no returns, but the new ones don't. I've called American Express and put a hold on the payment and filed a complaint. During the time I was on the phone, he left the store, totally disappeared, and left a young man behind the counter.
