Took the RV out for the season "shake down" trip and discovered the hot watwer heater wasn't operating. Found SOS on the internet and called to leave a message on a Sunday afternoon. Low and behold about 5 minutes later Scott called and I explaineds to him what I thought was wrong and said that anytime on Monday would be ok. 5 Minutes after call he called back and said he would be over in 2o minutes. Quickly discovered what was wrong although no part was available. Scott called back on Monday and said that 5 out 5 suppliers didn't have the part so I ordered one. It arrived at my home and it was an easy part to replace so I did it myself. Scott called and asked how everything went and unfortunately the heater still didn't work. Scott drove 40 miles to my house and we discovered that the fuse was not seated in the new part and it was fixed. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy, highly qualified, more than fair pricing and very honest on top of all of that.
