Bought a Buick Enclave from Jamie. He was not an "in your face" kind of sales person and was understanding of what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. The whole process was pretty painless and smooth.



A few weeks after buying my vehicle someone walked off with my keys at a doctor's office. In a panic and needing to get home before my preschooler, Jamie sent a driver all the way from Mystic to Norwich to pick me up. I got a ride home but found out the spare keys were with my husband, who was deployed. He and the dealership started working out what needed to be done to get me new keys, which unfortunately involved having my vehicle towed to them. In the middle of talking to roadside assistance, the doctor's office called to say the keys were returned. The driver they sent to my house took me back to the doctor's office and made sure I was taken care of before leaving. They didn't charge me a cent. That is what I call exceptional customer service! It gives my husband and I peace of mind to know our family will be taken care of when he is unable to be here.
