Menu said 50% off breakfast. Was charged full price. Asked why,was told she gave us the senior discount. She didn't give any discount. Didn't want to make a scene,so left feeling very unhappy. Waitress was a liar,pure and Simple. They need to train their staff...

We were in Mystic and we had an EXCELLENT breakfast recently! My food was done exactly how I like it and our waitress was SO nice and helpful for it being early morning The service could not have been better We were greeted immediately upon walking in by a really Friendly Friendlys employee who sat us right down We werent there a minute when our waitress came over and was bubbly and attentive She must have overherd me say I wish Id remember my paper and with in secs had a portion of the Day for us We thought that so nice of her Food arrived quickly and it was piping hot the way it should be Our coffee cups never reached empty either Everything was just wonderful and the place and employees are very clean and very helpful and nice Well be making the drive to Mystic for breakfast much more often If your in Mystic and have time visit the drawbridge on Main Stret for a walk and get a coffee at Bartlebys after breakfst 4 stars for the wonderful employees cleanliness and quik attentive servce

The family and I love to have Friendlys on the weekends. Great little place and nice people working here. Its Friendlys, so dont expect high end dishes and youll be happy. Burgers are great, fries are great, and their ice cream....forgetaboutit
