I have no idea whether these guys do good work. I contacted them to replace a broken window in my home (a 2 hour - $500 job). I work from home on Fridays, so asked that the appointment be then, and gave them 6 hour windows during which I would be home. We set up an appointment on 2 different days. After they failed to showed up the first day, he asked me to leave my home unlocked. Really? I said no, and set up a 2nd appointment. When it was getting late, I called and he said we didn't have an appointment. He then proceeded to tell me that my schedule was too difficult to work around (really, 6 hours isn't enough?) and that because I lived 2 towns away, it was cheaper for him to throw away the piece of glass they had ordered for me and eat the cost (by the way, he is putting windows in new construction up the street from us). He was confrontational and unprofessional both times I spoke with him, so I told him to go ahead and throw it out and we'd find someone else to do the work. I've never done this before, but he earned it. I'd avoid this company unless you have a week to stay around your house so that they can find time that works for them.
