We work offsite at a community association and can't leave the property to go get lunch so we usually send someone to go pickup for us. A week ago we ordered the chicken bacon/ranch sandwich and the person don't like vegetables so asked for a plain sandwich and they made it and the person said they said it wasn't worth $5 because it didn't have enough on it. We we're surprised that they didn't think to add more chicken or free chips or SOMETHING to make the $5 value. Different people on different shifts go there every day and never had a challenge. We tried again and ordered again and this time it seemed they overcharged us for a Pastrami sandwich. We called and the lady that answered didn't seem to understand English, and we asked if they still had the $5 special for ANY sandwich and she said yes, and we said we just had sandwiches picked up and they charged us $8 for the Pastrami sandwich. She said 'any except Pastrami.' We were going to call 'Contact 13' and were looking on the website for the exact conditions to the 'ANY' rule and didn't see it on the website but did see a related article that said that the $5 special expired on 3/28. We wish she would have said that on the phone.
