I had an appointment @ 1:00 P....

I had an appointment @ 1:00 P.M. Friday November 30 2012 for permanent
makeup. I was having eyeliner done. I got there at 1:00 P.M. and two other
people came in right behind me. They took one lady right back and but the other lady and myself sat in the waiting room. A fourth lady came in at 2:00 P.M.
At 2:20 someone came out and asked about our appointments. The third lady and I had appointment times of 1:00 P.M. and the 4th ladies time was
2:15 P.M. I said I could reschedule if necessary since I had already been waiting almost an hour and a half but was told that was not necessary that they would get us all
done quickly. Finally, I was put in a room and someone applied numbing cream on my eyes and told me to keep them shut she would be back shortly. After an hour or waiting she finally began the permanent eyeliner application.



This was the most painful thing I have ever experienced. She had to stop more than once for me to relieve some pain to be able to complete the applications. I felt the numbing cream had worn off, but was told it should last 2 hours. The paid I incurred during this was worst than childbirth!



Now a week has passed and most of the eyeliner is gone. Considering the pain I endured I will not be recommending this to anyone! I am very disappointed with the entire process and outcome!

Please do not use. Buyer Beware. Horrible experience. Trust the reviews. I don't even think Botox was injected into my face. No clue what it was.

I had permanent eyeliner done here by Anne because the prices were very reasonable. This is not the first time I had this procedure done. But this experience was extremely different. The numbing cream used did not work and was very painful. I told her that I didn't think the cream was working but it was just brushed off and she said, well it's made by a compounding pharmacy. I suffered through this, because after all sometimes beauty comes with a price, right? Well let's just say the results were less than optimal. She got out of line on one of the bottom lashes! This is a tattoo people! And now I've spent the last few years covering up her mistake with extra eyeliner. Never again will I go to this place! If I can save one person from this happening to them then I've done my civil duty.

I went to Beautiful U for botox. I had only had it done twice before at another business. I came to Ann bc her prices were cheaper. Thanks to the cheaper price, I was able to get more units than I originally had had administered. After a week, I saw NO results. I let her know. She gave met this big explanation on how sometimes you get "immune" to the proteins and that I should try another product called xeomin. I asked if she would give me any type of price break since I had already spent a couple hundred on the worthless botox treatment. She said no. I was mad, but whatever. A couple months later, I went to another place and tried botox again. I had wonderful results with less units than Ann had administered. This tells me that either her stuff is very watered down or that she doesn't know what she's doing when administering it. You really get what you pay for. I have a friend that went to her and had no results as well. I wasn't an isolated event.

I saw a Groupon for half off and was so excited to get permanent eye liner! I immediately bought the Groupon! I had an appointment at 11:00 yesterday morning to have permanent eye liner. I set up the appointment about a month ago. So the day before the appointment, I was getting a little nervous and tried calling at least half a dozen times to get in touch with someone to ask what I needed to do to prepare, such as not wear makeup, take any over the counter meds, etc. but I could not reach Anne. I finally left a voice mail and texted, but she did not return my messages. So the next day, I still took off work and traveled the 35 minutes to my appointment as scheduled, but Anne, the woman performing the procedure, didn't show up! So the lady at the office texted her and Anne texted back instantly saying that she was sick. I completely understanding getting sick, so I immediately called Anne to reschedule. She would not pick up the phone, even though she was just responding to the lady at the office. I also sent her a text asking to reschedule. She still didn't respond. Next, I called Groupon asking what to do. Groupon told me that I'm not the first person to have problems with getting a hold of someone at Beautiful U Aesthetics. They had numerous notes in their system saying this, but that they would try to intervene on my behalf. I said, no thank you, but to just refund my money. Since, it was past 3 days since the date of purchase though, they couldn't refund my money. :( So, I wrote a review on Beautiful U Aesthetics explaining that I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Next thing I know I was turned into Facebook for not complying with their "community standards" and they removed my post. I though that's why there's a place to review a business. Oh well. I am disappointed that I couldn't get this done simply because I was stood up for my appointment and couldn't get a hold of anyone to reschedule.
