Provided by YP.commoms fridge broke, i called everyone in the phone book and here, and mike called back. He made an appointment for the same day and arrived on time, ready to test every part of the fridge, and found the problem quickly. he acted like a professional and will return tuesday at nine with the part.its the brain of the fridge and stops the compressor from working. I cleaned out moms gross fridge but it still stinks for now, and gave her a box of baking soda.

Provided by YP.comHe is very disrespectful. I have used him three times because I am a firm believer in people having bad days. Time and time again he has disrespected me and my mother. The third time was the worst of all. I had a stove go out and he came over to fix it. He said it would cost $400 to fix. He told me he had a refurbished stove for me for $190. I didn't like that it was coiled top but it was cheap. The paint chipped off leaving brown rings everywhere after only having it for a day. It only came with one rack for the oven. The light went out on the third day of having it. And it shocked me. I told him it shocked me, his son came out and fixed the problem. Then he calls me and tells me I wasn't being shocked enough and that that wasn't his fault I was getting shocked. I also wanted to let him know that I just wanted him to fix the things that were broken that was it. Or even give me $100 back and he could have the stove back and I would get a new one some where else. He would not let me say that and hung up on me. Before he hung up he got mad because he had to call me at 7:30 at night. I told him that's not my fault and he could have called me all day and refused to do it sooner. He is a very mean and untrustworthy man. He told me I had a 30 day warrenty on that stove and wouldn't even pay the respect to come out and fix the things that were wrong with it. Honestly his son is very sweet and helpful but Mike is horrible at customer service and being a professional. I will never call or work with him again a day in my life and I hope you don't either.

Provided by YP.comI called this company to repair our microwave. I sent him the model number and serial number of the unit along with the error code shown on the display. He gave me a price for the repair part and a service call to install it. I paid in advance for the part and the service call. When he arrived at our house, he worked for about an hour trying to figure out how to install the part. He finally gave up and said he had been sent the wrong part. After he left, I took the microwave apart and saw he had the correct replacement part, he just didn’t know where to put it. I went to his shop to get the part and installed it myself. I asked him to refund the cost of the service call since he didn’t know how to install the part. He refused saying he had to make the trip even though he couldn’t make the repair. I also asked for a discount on the part. Again, he refused saying he should be paid for the time he had spent to order it.
