Hello there,we gave you numerous chances to repair or replace Damages by your company to our Nissan Armada.

Sorry ...you failed to even contact us and when you did return our emails,well lets just say you are full of excuses and very little Action.We were so upset with Eric,he called my Wife and myself Liars,we do not lie and dont like to be called such by the Lad that did the TWO BAD installations to our Armada.Sorry Eric you did not do the job right...OK...

Well to close let me state when we were making a purchase of a Home Theatre system,We did not go to AudioPlus but decided to go to BestBuy.The GeekSquad was great ,the best $10,000.00 we ever spent....So Sorry AudioPlus,Home theatre concepts you are NO GOOD,If we could we would give them Negative stars...yes they are that BAD...thanks for nothing.
