Terrible. Customer service is aloof. I once went in to make a payment by check and my payment wasn't processed because they messed up the routing number. They didn't let me know and I had to call THEM when I noticed the check had never been paid by the bank. They made me call the company and when I figured out what happened they were totally unapologetic. I will never use them again. Also found Insurance cheaper everywhere I looked!

Cheapest Rates in town. Great Customer Service. Efficient and fast. The ladies do a great job. I had to file a claim recently and their claims department was excellent. I had insurance with them for 2 weeks and my car broke down on the side of the road. When I returned to my car the next day someone had vandalized it. I filed a claim on my insurance and they handled it GREAT!
