Provided by YP.comNICE, QUIET, CLEAN & SPACIOUS ROOMS. HOTEL HAS A FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL STAFF. THERE ARE TWO RESTURANTS NEXT DOOR, & THE HOTEL HAS TRUCK PARKING. CONVENIENTLY LOCATED 2 MILES FROM WALMART, 3.5 MILES FROM SFA UNIVERSITY. OVERALL.....A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY!

Provided by YP.comI do NOT think this hotel deserves the one star. This hotel is NOT satisfactory in any respect. Office staff rude and could not answer simple questions. We requested a NONSMOKING room. Walked into the alleged "non smoking" room and walked right back out because it REEKED of smoke. Swimming pool was not open (during the summer) and looked gross. My family and I are avid stayers at Best Western hotels and I am sad to say this hotel has the name of Best Western because it doesn't deserve to have that awesome name given to such a crappy place. Needless to say, I checked in and checked right back out to stay at another hotel.

Provided by YP.comWe stayed at this Best Western and could not have had a better time. The front desk staff was so friendly and informative. She gave us information we didn't even know we wanted. We got maps of the town and all the best eating establishments along with what to order at each.. We were told of all the different places of interest in this oldest town in Texas. We want to come back here just to try everything we were not able to visit this time.
Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. The bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping at home. We slept so good we almost missed the breakfast in the morning. We are sure gald we made it though. We had waffles, eggs, juice, coffee and blueberry muffins.
We would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone visiting the Nacogdoches area. You won't be sorry you did.
