Nice friendly people but service is slow. Dropped off fire extinguisher sometime in March. Checked on it in May and it still had not been sent off for service. Hay season is here and the fire extinguisher is needed. Said it would be a couple of weeks when we dropped it off and today I find out it has not even been picked up at all. That means another long wait. We would have taken it to Lufkin had we known.
