The company only calls people it is told to call. Most of them are only 16,17,or 18 years old just trying to get by. If AT&T, Verizon, or whoever doesn't add your name to the DNC registar then it is that company you need to get in contact with. The Sales campaige only has a list of names and numbers.

This company keeps calling my cellphone. My number is on the National Do Not Call list as well as the one for the state of Florida. I have told them numerous times to stop but they will not. If they keep calling my cell phone without authorization, can they be charged with theft since they are using up the minutes I pay for? I'd love to hear what can be done about this besides reporting them (which evidently doesn't seem to help much from what I've seen with other complaints).

All of my numbers are on the national "Do Not Call List" yet these people continue to call with out regard for the consiquences.

We get calls from this company every single day. Yes - they hang up when the answering machine answers. They state they are representing AT&T and wanting us to change plans or something. We have asked numerous times that they STOP calling us but they don't. Found out the manager's name is STEVE KING. 1-936-559-2200, ext 2353.

Hi, I am responding to this because I have actually worked for this company. Etech Inc is a company that does represent companies. They represent Bell South, XM Radio, Capital One, Yellow Pages, and many other companies. If you do indeed have any service that they may be affiliated with them, then yes they will call you. As far as calling the number back that shows up on your caller id, no you can not reach them that way. Etech Inc is strictly outbound calling, meaning they only make calls, not recieve them. The only way you can call the agent that called you is if he were to give you his number with extension. You will have a better chance finding the front desk number and contact them that way. Of course your regular agents don't know about Etech Inc, because it is the CEO's and such that take care of this aspect of the company and the agents that you can reach by calling a number that bellsouth directly gives you, know nothing but their job. Etech Inc is a company that cares about customer service, how ever they can express that if you do not pick up your phone. They also do not leave messages, because the chance of anyone calling them back is like 0. Hope this helps.

This company calls my number everyday - when answering machine picks up the call, they hang up - when you try to call the number to ask them to remove you from their list, there is no answer. My number is listed with the Federal Do Not Call List, somehow this company has found their way around this.

I have tried calling back to the number left on my phone. Cannot reach anyone. Their phone does not accept calls.

Call and hang up. Cannot be reached by phone. Claim to be serving BellSouth. BellSouth says they never heard of Etech. Recommend they put a number on that actually lets you take your phone number outof their system.
