We have called Lone Star Air Conditioning and Heating whenever we have had a problem with air conditioning or heating. They are always prompt, courteous, and very reasonable. Most importantly, they are totally honest and really know their business. You never have to wonder if you are getting scammed. They diagnose the problem and fix what needs to be fixed and dont try to sell you parts and labor you dont need.

My Trane system is seven years and Lone Star Air Conditioning and Heating takes great care of it. I know with the maintenance I recieve from Lone Star Air Conditioning and Heating. It will help me get several more years out of my Trane system.

The contractor knows when it is time for my service and calls me to schedule. The company has very caring and loving employees. I thank them for keeping me cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

During the summer it is absolutely awful to have your AC broken. I wanted it fixed as soon as possible. After a breaf talk with Lone Star Air Conditioning and Heating they sent a guy the same day and after few hours everything was fixed and actually for a very reasonable price. Thank you

We came home from a weekend away to our a/c making a very loud and disturbing noise. I did some research and decided to give Lone Star Air Conditioning and Heating a call. It was after hours but they called me back first thing in the morning. The owner was really courteous on the phone and told me they call me back when they were on the way. He called a few hours later and showed up just as our a/c quit working. Within a few minutes he had our fan torn apart, showing us the problem and it was re-installed and running within the hour. The best part, it was an affordable repair! Im sure other companies would have tried to rip us off but he didnt. No one wants or expects an expensive repair but Lone Star Air Conditioning and Heating made everything a little easier to bear. Thanks friends from Lone Star Air Conditioning and Heating!

This is our 2nd AC/Heating system that Lone Star Air Conditioning and Heating has installed for us. They have done an exceptional job both times. They are extremely thorough and hard-working. They are a great team and provide the best service in town.

Prompt, Professional, Thorough. I called for an appointment and was able to get someone out the next day even though we are at the beginning of the busy season. The technician quickly identified the problem, had the part, and fixed my A/C. He was also able to help complete the warranty paperwork. Great Service!
