I SECOND THAT REVIEW.. management is horrible.... and the tenants that are on her side are LIARS. I've never seen my deposit either, I was asked to move out because my guest wouldn't leave id. I had to move without any kind of help because management would not allow them on grounds. If your on housing and would like to keep your housing DO NOT RENT HERE!

Horrible Management, big laspe in judgement on tenants. Gossips about tenents to other tenents. Wants tenents to spy on others. Want anyone visiting over 2 days to register and leave id. If someone visits more than 14 times in a month, they want them considered temporary tenants again wanting registration and id. Have to pay to use the nasty pool thats never cleaned. NEVER gives back security deposits NEVER. Normal wear and tear is not in the places vocabulary. The management expects walls washed windows washed fridge and stove moved and cleaned behind carpets cleaned before you move. Even if you did do that you would still not get your deposit back, or the accountant has it and its been 8 months. I have seen deposits held for dusty walls, PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE. This used to be a decnt place to live until this management took over. The only bright spot at this complex is maintenance, they are prompt courteious and knows what they are doing.
