I ordered a shirt. When I picked it up, the colors were wrong and they refused to redo the shirt. After much discussion and a trip back there, they did fix the shirt. I actually think the shirt looks better now than what I had originally asked for. I appreciated the time they took (after hours) to correct the problem.
