Provided by YP.comHorrible! We stayed here last year with some reservations but it didnt go bad as I had heard it could be. This year was horrible! The owners are the rudest people ever. The man walks around with head phones in so you have to chase him down to ask anything then when you tell him something he looks at you like your bothering him. Short and rude when he replies. Our 3 bedroom cottage was falling apart. The refrig. would not get cold.. had to turn it off then wait and turn back on. Then it froze everything. The stove would come on by itself and we had to unplug it when not using and for the price we paid there was no battery in the one and only clock. Sounds trivial but as you see they wont put anything back into the rentals. They supposedly would have stove worked on by Wed. and this was Sat.. never did happen. The toilet over flowed and then the air conditioner quit working in the biggest bedroom. They allow 8 people in this cottage but only 2 cars. The owner got angry when we asked what we was suppose to do with the 3rd and literally told us how in the old days 8 of them would ride on vacation in one car. Considering there is now laws on seat belts and cars are compact plus the fact you need to bring everything to stay in one of these. Some people was coming from different area's and at different times. We had to store our car in Wanchese which the owner there had no idea these people was giving out his number. He was only opened at certain hours and days. Luckily he was very nice to us about it. So whenever we needed to go anywhere then someone had to drive us over and then follow us back to park the car. Guessing about 5 mile or more trip each way plus the traffic. We wanted to leave early on Sat. and asked if we could bring our car over late Fri. so as to be on the road by 6 or 7. The man was so rude yelling and slamming things then walked away mumbling when there was no argument.. just a question. I have pictures of several empty spots and the fact we all had compact we could have parked all 3 of ours in front of our cottage. There was man who was in need of mental care and instead of calling the cops so he could be evaluated or at least not sent out to harm himself or others they yelled at him and evicted him. He def. needed to go but he needed care also. I dont need the Hilton but some repairs need to be done and the attitude def. needs checked. Never ever again.
