They came twice to do warranty work on our refrigerator and did not fix it either time. Had to wait one week after it did not work the first time and said it would be another week after the 2nd time not fixing it. Would not use them ever again.

POOR Quality Appliance

Three repair trips within 5 months to correct a problem with a 14 month old LG Refrigerator. 1st replaced circuit board, 2nd replace compressor, 3rd, 46 days later to recharge compressor, Sorry, its not covered for warranty after 30 days. What a crock of BS. If it had been repaired properly it would still be operating today. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They don't even give you a kiss after screwing you. The last two were Brian 2/20/17 and Bennan 4/13/17.

From: Charity that sounds like a horrible experience. No one should ever have to deal with that on a brand new appliance. I assure you we follow all manufacturer rules and policies to get it right the first time. I will make sure you get a full refund on any cost associated with your repair.

Here it is 1/2018 and Quality Appliance promised us a refund. What a joke they are. We are still waiting.... and we didn't even raise hell about the damage to the floor.

My scumbag builder hired Quality Appliance to come and scare me out of making them correct their defective installation of the microwave oven in my house (access to the light bulb and charcoal filter was blocked - so neither could be replaced - duh). Dustin came with the builder to look at the installation, and told me and a City Inspector that my new microwave would probably need replacing in five years (five years?), and unless I replaced it with the same exact Bosch model, that other brands with new/different dimensions would likely not fit in the spot if corrections were made to the current (defective) installation. He also told me that owners should not change the light bulbs in the microwave oven because it’s very dangerous (even though the owner’s manual includes instructions on how to change both the bulb and filter). He said he’d been in the business for 14 years and told me how an encounter he had with a microwave oven BLEW THE TIP OFF HIS FINGER!! He told me that the light bulb would probably last the life of the appliance, and if it did go out that I should call an authorized Bosch tech to have them change it. He also said that if owners change their own light bulbs it voids the Bosch warranty. I told him there’s no mention of that in the owner’s manual, and he said “trust me” it’s printed behind the vent grill (where, conveniently, it couldn't be seen because it’s blocked).

I stood there in utter disbelief as I listened to a so-called certified Bosch service technician spew out a line of cockamamie scare tactics to advocate for keeping the defective installation the way it was, so his friend the builder wouldn’t have to fix it . . . in exchange for what I wonder? I didn’t believe a single word he said, so I phoned Bosch and spoke with Jonathan Brooks there, who told me that not one thing Dustin told the inspector and me was true. NOT ONE THING. And he wasn’t happy.

The builder wanted Quality Appliance to masquerade as a "Bosch professional” and overstep the boundaries of the independent third-party repair service they provide Bosch, lie about the Bosch warranty, and otherwise try to scare me with tales of exploding fingers in order to talk me out of the fix – and Quality Appliance was more than happy to participate in the DESPICABLE PLOY.

If you expect honesty and integrity from your appliance repairman, this IS NOT the company to call. At the very least, you want an appliance repairman that's smart enough to turn off the power before he lets a microwave oven blow the tip off his finger.

I'm sorry its late but I feel I need to get this out there. Never will I do service with this company again. I had a dryer that wasn't drying my clothes right. A tech name Matt was sent to my house. He showed up all of a few minutes and argued with me that it was my dryer vents. Didn't inspect my dryer, wouldn't listen to me, over spoke me and told me to have my dryer vent cleaned. My vent goes straight out the wall to the outside. I had another appliance service come out and they found that my heating element was out. They fixed it and it was great. My neighbor had him and they said the same thing. That he doesn't look at the appliance. Just places blame on the user. Refuse to do business with this company again.

I had Quality come out on the same day my washer broke. The tech was professional looking. Drove a marked car. He came into my home with the foot protection so my hard wood wouldn't be scratched. He diagnosed the washer, had parts on had to do the repair in one day.. Super happy i didn't have to live a day with out my washer... 5+ stars for this company!!

Very professional, very courteous. Nate was the appliance guy that showed up. Easy to have him in our home. He was knowledgeable and even gave some tips on how to run the washer more efficiently. I would call this company back for any appliance repair in the future.

I just got off the phone with Danylle (sorry if misspelled.) and she is so pleasant to speak with she is very knowledgeable. I have spoke with Tatianna (hope I spelled this correct.) and she is awesome very fun personality. So A++ on the customer service. The technician that came to my home was superb. A+++ for him. Very kind family friendly kind of guy. I defiantly would rate this company to be super super great. thanks so much for please my family with great service.

The techs are very clean and professional. Kelsea is very pleasant i greatly appreciate her efficiency with returning calls, reminder and follow in call. She was awesome in helping to schedule me in for Tuesday this week as Wednesday wouldn't have worked out for me. Thank you for your great customer service. Much appreciated. Now for Nate! What a great family man you have working for you company. So professional. Neat and clean and a wealth of knowledge. He fixed the freezer in under an hour. He replace the drawer slides on both sides, they were pretty disgusting with all the graphite and oily goop. He pull off even the inside back panel of the freezer to show me the coiling system to make sure there were no problems. He went above and beyond. What was the necessary. He replaced my ice maker too!! I can't wait for the first ice cube to fall!! I've had to use Ice Cube trays for a while now. he as well gave me some great tips for preventative maintenance. Kuddos to your staff. I will highly recommend your company to my friends and family and many customer who continuously ask me for referrals. I work for Home Depot so from my experience today i am very grateful pleased and satisfied! Thank you so much!!

I called today, one of the hottest days of the year and they were able to schedule a technician to come out same day and check out my refrigerator. Most everyone else I called either didn't service my brand of refrigerator or they couldn't come till the next day. So I was tickled that they were able to get someone out to us same day. He advised us of the problem and fixed our fridge. Very impressed. You can't go wrong with the company. They aim to please and they did just that. Thanks again for the wonderful service. The technician was very polite and personable. And spoke in layman's terms. Appreciated that as well.

If you want your refrigerator fixed in a timely manner don't go here. We have been waiting for our compressor for the last 2 weeks and no one seems to know where it's at. At first the technician told us that he would be back in a week to check on the freezer and never came back. 2 weeks later he comes back and when says the compressor is not working. 4 weeks since then they still have not fixed our refrigerator. Every time we call their office we get a different arrival time for the part. Don't waste your time going here for repairs. They might have been okay before but they've come downhill since.
