CLOSED NOW - Opens at 10:00am

I had an appointment today for my boys at 9:30 Am. I got there and the place was closed! I tried to call both numbers that I had and the message box was full. I could not reach them. I left a note at the door to call me regarding the appointment but there was no return call. I used this place two other times and it was utter disorganization from top to bottom. Both times my dogs were delayed by way to many hours to be done in a timely fashion. When I drop my dogs off on time early in the morning I expect to have them back with in four to five hours tops. I took them in at 10:00 and it was 5:30 and 6:00pm by the time I was told they were ready. When I arrived they were still working on them. I have had enough of this poor communication and utter lack customer service!!!!!!!

Made an appointment over a month ago. I didn't receive a reminder call but I remembered - and I show up and no one is even there. I tried to call and no one answers the phone. Don't waste you time with this one - there are plenty of other groomers in Nampa to go to!

I have tried several times to call this business to make an appointment and they never answer. Their voice mail is even full and cannot accept messages. I guess they moved to a new location, and when I drove there yesterday there was no one there even though it was during their business hrs. They seem to be a very unreliable business, so I won't be taking my dog there anymore. Will switch back to Glover's here in Nampa: )

I have tryed for three days to get my dog into Annie's Pet Salon to be Groomed with no luck. I was going here for the conconvenience and the review looked good. So I had to go some where else.

They do excellent work! My 7-month-old miniature schnauzer is very nervous about getting clipped and is a bit of a wiggle worm to say the least. She's been in twice and always comes out looking like a diva! They have very reasonable prices and provide great service. I will definitely be sticking with Annie's Pet Salon.
