Customer service is horrible. They didn't know how to download font's from an email and they are so rude!!! When I went to look at a t-shirt sample they messed up on the spelling & position on the back of the shirt. Then I had to wait longer for the shirts to arrive. They told me they would call me when the shirts were ready, and of course they never did. I had to call them and I gave them my name and they asked: what are we doing? Really? I just asked if my shirts are ready!!! I will never give them my business.
