DO NOT GO HERE! Worse customer service I have ever had, and you would think a mental health agency would go above and beyond for their clients. So where do I begin?
Never in my life, have I signed up for services and NEVER received a call back. A week after my first consultation, I called Community Outreach Counseling to see why I had still not heard back from for an appointment, and I was assured by the reception, after that long wait, that she would call me right back. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK, AFTER WAITING A WEEK FOR AN INITIAL APPOINTMENT! This place is so unprofessional! Who doesn't call new clients back? Did they just forget..TWICE?

This was in the Meridian office, and Boise one, if you walk in..there is no office. Just the receptionist sitting at an old desk with her own personal labtop. It looks like a joke! What kind of mental health facility is so poor that they cant afford a proper office for their workers? I shouldve taken that as a sign to not sign up for services, because the environment is so sketchy looking and unprofessional.

If you have to go to the bathroom, well...at Community Outeach Counseling, you have to ask permission to go take a dump! Because once again, this cannot possibly be a legitimate health care agency, with such unprofessional people who never return your calls, and unprofessional environment.

I would give Community Outreach Counseling zero stars, because its just so unbelievable (going on a month later) that they never returned my phone calls.

Oh, and the one time I was there, they turned away a sad young man because he was a couple minutes late, which I have never heard of in any health care setting.

Hmmmmmmm where do I start... I am a client of COC and I hate it here....i have been in COC since March 26th 2013 to the present time an this company has gone down hills a great deal since I have been here.... To COC clients are jus a $96.000 dollar paycheck.... I know this because in fall of 2013 my grandma was my guardian an I asked COC not to give any information about me to my parents... They did anyway and made meetings about me with them that my guardian did not know about.... In one particular meeting with my parents...my parents physically attacked me putting me in a head lock while holding my arms behind my back.... The director, house manager and my tsc all sat an watched this happen and never said a word..... When my parents let go I wanted to press charges and COC would not let the staff take to press the charges... Also the staff outside of the office are over worked an under paid..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!
