Provided by YP.comPoor service call in that go's no where, when you call in the call center they transfer your call to the service desk operator where you ask for service department which you are transferred to a answering machine in the service department where you leave a message for a service representative to return your call, that never happens, I've tried not once but four different times and get no were, no return calls ever from them. If you try to inform them the problem in frustrating you get no help.

Paul Smith, a new salesman spent several hours doing research for my family to find the most affordable,low mileage, good fuel economy, and low matienence automobile Being a female purchasing my first car without my husband was very intimidating. He goes above and beyond his "realm" of responsibilities each and every time I need something or bring in one of my vehicles. He's knowledgable, prompt, courteous, and consistent. Provided by YP.comJust recently moved to Idaho from California and own 2 Ford vehicles. My 1998 Ford Explorer (with 170k miles on it) began to make a terrible knocking noise from the front end. I took to vehicle into Corwin Ford to be repaired. There I met a nice young man named Cody Lubbes who was one of the service advisors. He asked me what was wrong with my vehicle so I told him. He said that he would need some time so that one of his technicians could test drive and inspect the vehicle to find out what was wrong and give me an estimate to repair. I told him that that was not an issue. Being a retired service advisor myself I was extremely happy in the way that Cody treated me. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and understood how I'd like to be treated. Everything he did for me from start to finish exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable bringing my vehicle to Corwin Ford for repairs. KUDOS Cody Lubbes

Provided by YP.comJust bought my second car from Justin Killian here and I am soooo pleased. Both times my experience was smooth and easy. Spent a total of two hours at the dealership and never felt ignored nor did I feel like I was hounded. The customer service at Dan Wiebolds is second to none and they are honest and their prices are great. Any issues are promptly addressed and I never got any impression that they weren't on the up and up. I am a devoted Dan Wiebold customer and can't imagine buying anywhere else even with the four hour drive to get there from our home.

Through emails and phone calls, John was able to get me a great price and have the truck ready for pick-up before I arrived at the dealership. It was exactly how an internet sale should be handled. I will certainly use John Marria / Dan Wiebold Ford again for my next car purchase.

Richard Tolsma changed our perception of big dealerships by locating the perfect vehicle for a price that was less than what I thought possible. In years past, we reasoned that private parties had to have the best deals on used vehicles because dealerships jacked the price up so they could cover commissions and overhead. The silly thing is, we never shopped around to actually put our theory to the test! Richard found us a 2006 F550 crew cab and chassis that looked a little tired. They ran it through the shop to make sure it was mechanically sound and then gave me options on improvements and upgrades. I picked them all! Richard sent photos during various stages of the work. We ended up with a truck that literally looked brand new for about two grand less than I was expecting to pay on the street. We have had more compliments on our F550/toyhauler combo than we've ever had with any other RV. I recently brought it in to Service and found Gary Torrence to be very helpful and attentive. We were treated as if we were there to purchase another vehicle! Very impressive.
