For a company that uses this as their Catch phrase "Good old fashion custoimer service" youd think they would understand the very elementary task of communication. I had schedule for a tech to come out to look at doiung some repairs on a commerical oven & flat top we have. I was told I would hear from someone this morning 1/8 at 12:00 noon I called to see where the tech was sincve I had not heard anything. The dispatcher I talkd to said that she didn't think she was going to be able to get to me today at all. I asked why they were unable to make a phone call to infomr me of that, of course there was nota good answer except for "I sorry". "Customer Service" I dont think so
