The other day I called them up with some questions about a potential over heating problem with a CPU in my gaming rig. I asked about acquiring some thermal paste to re-seat the heat sink. I was told by Dave who is part owner there that they did not have any in stock at the moment but that they would gladly give me some free of charge.Additionally he was kind enough to look up the heat ranges of my CPU without my asking. All and all we spent about 15 minutes on the phone. They are a new company in Nampa and I must say that with that kind of customer service I would imagine that they will be very successful. I would humbly ask people to support this business and from my experience with them you won't be disappointed. I am a PC techi and will think of them first for all my computer needs.
