Wow! Dorsey's response to selling a broken harmonica was pretty cold. I've never shopped there before, but was considering looking into a guitar purchase from them. Now that I know their customer service is poor, and they don't back up their merchandise, I'll look elsewhere.

They sold me a broken harmonica. And they did not take it back or gave me a new one, i am very disappointed and sad. Because ive spend $45 and got NOTHING
