Ask for a full size got a SUV not four wheel drive cost more in gas to get where was going and first day ran out of windshield washer fluid when return told them didn't seem like care what customers says

I just thought you would want to know. I called enterprise car rental on Monday in Nampa Idaho at 1731 Garrity Blvd. I had just rented a car for a week and had dropped it of on Sunday. The man took my name and said he recognized my name from the other rental and that he had all my information and would I be using the same charge card. He said he would have the car ready for me at 5 PM on the 11th. When I went to pick up the car there were no reservations for me. They didn’t even have any car for me to rent. I left and called Dan Wiebold Ford to rent a car. The man there said he had another call today with the same complaint about that enterprise. When you call anyplace for any reason, I guess you can not just take it for granite that you are really being taken care of. I guess a person has to get the full name of every one they talk to on the phone. Honesty and good customer service is a thing of the past. I am sure if I had a conformation number I still would not have gotten a car because they said they didn’t have any, even though there were several cars on their lot. Trust me, enterprise has lost me as a customer. Oh I forgot, when you call and there is no answer,,,,, Yes they are ignoring you, I have been there two times and sever calls came in on the first visit and no one took the call. The second time there were two calls that came in they were not answered.
