Had a bank charge dispute, but it was resolved by Bank employee.



"Member Services" (Operators) not helpful.

I have had no issues with ICCU and I actually love their customer service, I'm greeted with a smile and I don't feel intimidated at all talking to them! I had one problem but it wasn't their fault, I over drafted my account but I put money back into that account in the same day, I still got the over draft fee but they were able to refund it 100%!

I know what you mean. I know my husband like then.We be banking with them for 4 years now. They have charged me $18.97 in N.S.F.... When I have never had one with in 4 years. That I be banking with them. I have had more N.S.F. Fee this last year then ever had in my Life. I never had a N.S.F. Ever. The Banks Automated Computer is suppose to take out money out of saving Acct to cover any N.S.F. that accrue.By God their is always money in the saving.The Credit Union System never does it jobs or the Transfer to Cover the N.S.F..The Bank agree on Certain Payment to pay all the N.S.F..They don't keep their end of the agreement to the their customers.Sorry you have pay for another $18.97 N.S.F. the computer charged it by accident.They don't care even you have use any services in 30-60 days.Then they charged my Husband how is Retired and on Social Security and Limit Income. They charged him $18.97 for making 7 transfer a month from his own Saving into his Checking.They said Sorry you can only make 6 Transfer a Month.Bank Said Sorry we have to charge you $18.97 for taking money out of your own Saving Transfer into checking. In Reality and Truth you don't have control of your own Money. They even charge to transfer from one Acct if you go over 6 Transfer a month. The Fee is $18.97.That is why I am changing Banks. The bank has control of you money and Dictate when you Transfer even spend it. They if you over even by 01. one Penny and you get home that same day with a couple of minutes to Transfer it to acct.Their goes another $18.97 they still charge the acct. I don't use the Bank at all. We have Home,Cars,No Debit, everything is paid Cash. I paid for $100.00 in N.S.F....It's not my fault the computer does not take from my 3 saving account that have more then enough Money to cover it.I have 3 checking acct and all 3 Saving account set to do or transfer from saving when that happens.That is why it be about 1 year.Since have open other Bank acct with other Credit union. I am so happy with other Credit Union I am banking with.This Bank Would not care if you Die on their Bank floor of Heart Attack because of there N.S.F...They Charge you for Die on their Floor.
