The food is always good. Always! Sadly the delivery time is usually 2 hours out. Yes, hours! It's also incredibly annoying that the staff cannot read my card number back before processing and inevitably ALWAYS gets entered incorrectly. Today I gave two cards (both wouldn't go through) I opted to pick up the order instead of delivery. 30 minute wait time, I could process my card manually, have a beer while I waited. On arrival they had no record of my phone order, and my now beer turned pitcher order turned to the bottom of a foamy keg. Still waiting for my order. We were just approached with someone else's order. Still waiting...

LOVE this place. However, they are packed at lunch and many times we have to leave to go somewhere else. They have a sign that says to not take a seat until you've ordered, however, I am unwilling to pay for food somewhere where I can not sit down.
