We were looking for a reputable, family owned business that could help us in restoring a family vehicle. We asked around to family and friends and Jim's Upholstery was the ONE RECOMMENDED THE MOST. On taking our vehicle to Jim's we were treated with respect and courtesy in answering our 'crazy questions'!

We vallue all of our customers and are willing to warranty reasonable requests. This vehicle was brought to our shop on the back of a tow truck with no windows in it. i installed the headliner as requested and informed the owner that the glass needed to be in place to hold the headliner. The car had to go to boise next and left the shop on a tow truck again, still without windows. It was almost a year later he brought it back for warranty, still no windows and when it showed up it was torn from being transported without front and rear glass. I cannot warranty what was not under my control.

The headliner he installed in my classic car came undone before I got the car home. I towed the (project) car home at 15mph. He accused me of going mach speeds and that's why it came undone. He said he would not warranty that. He was so upset that I even asked him to warranty his work that he kindly gestured and verbally told me to f off. He also encouraged me to tell everyone of his warranty policy. So I am. Thanks for the customer service Rod. My suggestion to you consumer is, don't go there.
