Took them all day to do a 3 hour job. Told me was going to be done in 3 hours, called them 3 hours later and just got started, even though we made an appointment.

We recently took our car in with a flat tire (we are from Canada and so the tire was not purchased from Les Schwab). We dealt with about 3 different staff members and all of them were wonderful. They fixed our tire in about 30 minutes and did it for free. We were extremely impressed and wish we could get this same type of service where we live. This type of customer service goes a very long way for future business as we have already told many friends about them. Very impressed!

I spend $1000 a year on new tires for my 350z. I noticed a flat tire on the back passenger side. When I called for assistance I was told I needed to change the tire and bring it in. They would not come help me unless I paid a minimum $42. That's not the customer service they claim. I would re think my tire purchase at les schawb.

I sent my wife to these guys to get my brakes done and I knew the brakes were bad but I thought these guys could take care of her. Brakes got done and now my truck won't start, never had that issue before and it makes a strange noise never heard that either, but don't worry they sale batteries and can fix the "problem". I believe these guys try to milk as much out of a job as they can and I wouldn't be surprised if they cause some of the issues themselves to drive sales and labor.
