The worst experience I've ever had with a dentist in my life. They treated my daughter like she was an adult and should understand everything that was happening and not be scared or upset when they hurt her. From shoving a rubber root canal piece into an abscess without any numbing solution to giving her a shot directly into the same abscess after telling her they wouldn't. There were four different people that she delt with and only the Dr introduced himself while he had a mouth full of food. He didn't show any care or concern about his patient, my daughter. The hygentist that gave her the shot got mad and threw his gloves off and said we are done after she screamed when he put the needle into the abscess. So after we had been there for an hour and a half. The assistant had given her so much nitrous oxide that her eyes had rolled back into her head and I had to beg for it to be turned down and point out how she had had nitrous at least 4 times and that was way to much. It was a horrible, scary, painful experience for our whole family and I would never go back there or recommend this dungeon of torture to my worst enemy! After they kicked us out becuse a child cried we still had to oh them $50 before we could leave. I'm disgusted please don't expose your children to this! We took her straight to Dr Emory in Boise who looked at her that day and got her in the next morning to pull her teeth to heal the abscess.

Went in for a cleaning today and ended up having dental work that I had procrastinated on. I went in primarly because they did such a great job working with my son, recently who had taken a hockey stick to the face! Thank you to all the staff for doing things right the first time! DW

Provided by YP.comI am on disability and have a limited income. I went in for an emergency. I had a broken tooth and had just enough money to pay for that visit. I got a free set of xrays and exam. I was presented with a treatment plan over $2900.00.I felt I had to agree to pay a certain amount and have a financial arrangement before I would be treated.
The tooth ended up costing me $150.00. I paid for that day and tore up all three post dated check I felt I had to write before I could be treated. I will go somewhere else. I need a dentist for the regular person that lives from paycheck to paycheck.

I have always put off going to the dentist because of a few bad experiences, but I was shocked at how easy, and actually enjoyable my recent visit was! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, I was actually a little disappointed when my appointment was over because I wanted to finish the show I was watching (they have tv's in the ceiling!). I am so happy I found Nampa Smiles and would recommend it to all my friends!

Not only do I just work at Nampa Smiles but I can honestly say that any of our Doctors provide quality care in a timely fashion. We take walk ins, tooth aches and ALWAYS taking new patients- we are one of the few offices in the area that have extensive hours to cover any of our patients's needs. Our patients is what makes my job enjoyable every second I'm there. We participate with several insurance plans- Because of the downfall in the economy- I'm glad to know we have a clinic that specializes in Idaho's medicaid program! There was such a demand for it and it was time we were able to help a lot of people out in our community. Just stop by and take a tour of our office and we can show you that we can also give you one of our SMILES!

I don't know why anyone would go to a clinic that segregates medicaid patients from their other patients. So what if my insurance is government funded? I'll go somewhere else where the dentist doesn't judge me based on who my insurance provider is. There are other dentists in Nampa who don't segregate and treat us like everyone else.
