Gal at front desk would not explain process and was RUDE! Pointed me to a paper which was suppose to explain how the trade in worked but it was mostly blacked out (seriously, seriously unprofessional). They did not call, phone number on website states to not leave a message because they don't check them. I turned in 8 pairs old navy boys pants worn a few times and received 9.00. Never going back

I live in South East Idaho. There's only one used baby store in the area where I live. I can get clothes from the sale rack at Target for cheaper than what they are charging. I visited my brother in Nampa last year and discovered this gem of a store. The prices are awsome and most of the clothing I've found is brand new or nearly perfect. I'm expecting a second baby and will be making the 3hr trip up to Nampa a regular occurence.

Good prices and sometimes you can find things worth buying, I've definitely gotten a few good deals there. I always seem to go in when all the clothes are old or stained though.
