I chose Roots Party Time because they had the best prices. Everything was clean and well maintained and the staff seemed to be really interested in making sure we were taken care of.

Their Nampa location is close to freeway access which was nice since I had to haul the equipment across town. The equipment was nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for Root Rents.

When I needed help figuring out how to complete a difficult project, I call Root Rents and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. After is was all done I saved a lot of money by doing it myself thanks to the help of Root Rents.

I called Root Rents and worked with Anna and she was awesome!! She took a real interest in my event and gave a lot of good ideas and made suggestions to save me money. With my tight budget this was very appreciated. Our wedding turned out beautifully.

Each time I go into Root Rents, I am greeted by a friendly staff member who is always willing to do what they can to help. The equipment is always in good shape and in good working order. I will be back.

I rented most of my wedding items from Roots Party Time and they had a large inventory of the items I needed most. On the event day everything went very smoothly, the delivery was on time with all the correct items, they even helped me set up some of the items.

Roots Party Time has very reasonable prices and a friendly staff. I recommend them to all my friends.

When some of the items I had reserved were not returned on time by the previous customer, One of the Roots Party Time guys made a special trip to deliver them to my venue once they returned. This saved me a lot of time and stress.

I wasn't sure what I needed to help my lawn so I called Root Rents and they answered all my questions and offered the correct tool to rent. It worked great and saved me a lot of money.

They went above and beyond to make sure I got my job completed on time.

Root Rents always gives great service. This time they transferred an item from their Caldwell location to the Nampa location so I could get an earlier start.
