I was very satisfied with the directions & ariel views but there was absolutely "nothing" in reference to anything else that would help anyone not familiar with 55+ communities.

Total mobile homes & frame homes & lot sizes need to be disclosed.

Being a gated community what hours is it not under this rule?

Are dogs or cats allowed & rules that apply & how many if any?

What sort of patrol is provided as well as their frequency within the community?

More information is totally needed to present your housing that is guarded for the people's piece of mind or they would not inquire in the first place.
