Representatives of this firm showed up on my doorstep in Mountain Home offering a great deal on home propane service. Once tank was replaced and initial fill was delivered I was essentially ignored until late November when tank began to run low. One week ago I contacted the company and was promised a fill and promised return calls from their delivery service which never materialized. I am now at 30 percent fill with near zero temperatures and they continue to prevaricate and delay. A very untrustworthy business to depend on for household propane. I strongly warn other consumers in Mountain Home to avoid this company.
