Hello! I would firstly like to thank you for the wonderful set of wall pieces, featuring a young woman recieving and sending a letter. Secondly, and sadly, I have to say my girlfriend and I were a little upset by the rudeness with which we were recieved. We don't know if it was the owner or an employee, but I was treated with condescension at the front counter. All I asked was if the prices were fixed; the response was curt, delivered as though she may have thought I were stupid or meant trouble. The way she handled me when processing my purchase was also very rude. I don't know if she was perhaps having a difficult day, or maybe she wasn't used to two women shopping together as my girlfriend and I were, but we did not feel welcome in the shop, and were extremely reluctant to make a purchase there after the unkindness. My girlfriend was disturbed by the mistreatment, which furthers my disappointment as it was her birthday. I spent a little over fifty dollars, and as a twenty year old working two jobs trying to get by, that is a lot of money to me. It is a pity it was a poor experience. You have a lovely shop, full of wonderful, magical things, but I'd be reluctant to enter again if the same person was at the purchase counter.
