Deceptive business practice.
They issued an estimate for a ride across the island, and said it will take 1 hour, and that I should have expected a fee of $108.50. What I actually got billed is the time for their driver to leave their office, wait for my ferry for 30 minutes plus the time it took to drop me at my destination and then return to their offices - in my case closer to $200. If a car repair man missed an estimate to repair my car by 100%, I would take issue, this is a livery service with 15 years experience, I would expect their estimate to be accurate..Very disappointed the owner would not respond, nor discuss the issue. I don't like having to write this kind of review but I want to expose this deceptive practice for what it is.
