My 1st time at PC Richards ever (Nanuet NY store). I went in to purchase a bed. My salesman was Alex. The man is amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, a true gentleman. He showed me, according to my requirements, different beds explained each one in full detail, asked me how I sleep (side) if I suffer from any pain or discomfort, if I get hot at night. He covered everything. Alex is not your typical "salesman" he cares about his customers and makes sure you get exactly what you want. After you explain what you think you want he makes sure you get what you need. I wish all salesmen were like him. Thank you PC Richards for my new bed and thank you Alex for all your hard work and attention to my needs.

My family has bought several appliances in the last few years from this store and have never been disappointed. Rich goes above and beyond providing ultimate customer service satisfaction in every way!!!

my boyfriend and I are moving in together and wanted price out a new washer and dryer. so we went to pcr as recommended by his mother. we walked in and was welcome by a associate tipu or tipo. We inquired where the appliance was and he walked us over and started with the must expanse items and such. I wondered off to look a bit lower ones amd requested the prices of them. he stated that he could discount with a company card and perceeded to continue the sale. I only had asked for a price. Every time we would ask him a question. he would turn it into a statement or ingore it completely. we said we judt started to look and wanted to see what was out there. he amd his boss said why not put a deposit down of $50. and if we change our minds we can be refunded. hey no harm in that. normally with the deposit they ask your name and address etc. with the items you want. I gave him my id to register. he put the info in and stated to add items and telling me about the warranty we need and extras. like im buying it today. we kept telling him to stop because at this point we didnt want to reverse the item. about the sixth time we got my id that he was clutching in his hands back and he said no I cant go back. didnt they say we can cancel anytime. worst place ive ever been. the prices may have been good but the business it self was shady. never answered a question straight. stay away.
