Best bakery around for miles....From to die for pastries to personalized cakes made to order any which way you so desire with only the freshest ingredients, breads and rolls ( bet you eat one in the car ) and now a delious Italian deli dept. There's no place like it on the East coast. I guarantee it! From the mom and pop store it was in the good old Bronx to the huge, expanded business it has evolved into through the years....the exceptional attention to detail and fresh products they offer will have me coming back for as long as I'm living close by. Whenever I travel out of the area I'm always asked to bring some goodies from Rockland Bakery. The Battaglia's have a reputation second to none. Continued success and God bless!

Rockland Bakery is everything a bakery strives to be. The products are amazing, always fresh (where else can you grab hot rolls right off the conveyor belt coming from the oven?) and very fairly priced. The assortment of baked goods offered here is actually amazing - no other local bakery has ANYTHING on Rockland Bakery. Black & White cookies the size of my head? Bring 'em on! Risking mild to moderate body burns for hot Kaiser rolls? I've got medical insurance! The parking lot is annoying because it is usually filled with drivers from New Jersey - and as we all know, New Jersey would hand out a license to Helen Keller. No matter which way you approach RB, there is a gym on either size of the building. Be prepared for the fleeting moment of self doubt, asking yourself if the trip inside is worth it...of course it is.

If you want to go to a bakery that let's you walk in and pull the bread of the of line from the oven, this is the place to go. It is like being in Willie Wonka's chocolate factory. I love this place!
