Provided by YPmobileWell just tried calling to make sure they were open and the lady picks up ... says hello and then please hold. She did this 3 times because I called back not sure if I reached them. On the 3rd attempt I was then connected to the office on hold system so I knew where I was. When she finally got to me and I told her of my frustration she did not even acknowledge it ... just said how can I help you? Tell ya what ... not much confidence as a first time caller. Not sure I will be availing myself of their services.
