Look elsewhere. Everything was good for years until this agent, Greg Edwards came along. Never a claim did we file on multiple income property homes insured with this insurance carrier as well as our personal residence for 35 plus years. Greg Edwards claimed that Allstate Corporate told him he/they could no longer insure us. Fine with me, got insurance cheaper elsewhere. Better coverage too. Complained to Allstate Corporate as well. Not sure where Allstate dug this guy up from. Sad. We never missed an insurance payment, and never filed a claim. Ever. Our home and our rental homes were upper middle class SFR maintained very very well. In Napa, CA.
