I have been going to Martha for the last 12yrs she has great customer service , she always listens to my needs! People have to understand that when you go from dark hair to light it's a process it doesn't happen over night! Thank you , Martha for your service

Clearly the person below is over exaggerating. Of course if you're dying your hair from a dark color to light, there's gonna be some damage to your hair. This is the only place I trust to get my root touch ups, and hair dyed. She's honest and explains the process of dying hair clearly. I always get the result I want! I've been a customer for 4+ years!

This is a HORRIBLE place! NEVER, EVER go here! I went in to get my hair dyed and she RUINED my healthy hair!

I asked her to dye my hair from dark brown to blonde and it turned a yellow COPPER! I payed almost 150 for this and It didn't even turn out right. ( she put 3 coats of hair dye on by the way)

When I left my scalp was on fire!

She promised to give me the blonde look if I returned and full of hope,....I did. So on top of it all of it I paid 50 dollars more for her to burn my hair 2x more and for nothing.

Then in the end she just showed me the door after taking my money.
