This is a great spot in Napa that is conveniently located and provides a great apartment. I lived there for a few years and had little to no complaints. Sure, there are issues that come up, but management and maintenance were always quick to answer the call anytime I needed something.

If you are looking for a place to live please keep driving by Kentwood Apartments! Although the space is nice, the apartment manager is very rude when speaking with you. If someone walks by her that she wants to talk to she will just walk away then come back, or stop you mid sentence to say something off topic. It takes them at least a week to get work orders done and in my case 6+ months. Parking is a huge problem and if you have a nice car when you move in, you will not have one when you move out. My car has been hit twice so far! They do not keep appointments THEY set up, and they don't really care if you have a complant. Our apartment has been vandalized and all they say is too bad unless I can name the person or apartment number of who is doing it. WHAT A JOKE! Plus when the do their annual inspection, they do not give you the REQUIRED BY LAW 24 hour notice. You are truly better off somewhere else!
